THE SPACE:

Total of 4 bedrooms upstairs and 1 bedroom downstairs. Fully stocked home with extra linens, bedding, & towels. Beach chairs and umbrellas are also available for use.

GUEST ACCESS:

Fishing is permitted on the intracoastal. Boat pick up/drop is allowed and private rentals can be accommodated in advance. Inquire for details.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD:

Tranquil location that’s super close proximity to Hortt park – basketball courts, playground, & recreation center with outdoor fitness equipment.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:

Please be mindful of the neighbors on the cul de sac. No street parking – driveway only. No loud noise after 11pm.

We are not a hotel. We provide basic supplies (1 toilet paper roll per bathroom, 1 paper towel roll for the kitchen, and small starter soap/shampoo for the bathrooms). Any cleaning supplies, laundry detergent, soap etc that is left over from other guest will remain but we do not stock these things for our guests. Please plan accordingly for your stay.
